Payment methods

We accept the following payment methods.

Credit cards

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB and other cards are accepted.

Shop Pay・Apple Pay・Google Pay

Select these from "Express checkout" on the checkout page. The options shown depend on your device and browser.

PayPal

Pay with the credit card, debit card or bank account registered to your PayPal account.

* The monthly fee for the kintsugi class (automatic monthly payment) is paid by card.

Shipping

Carriers: Japan Post, Yamato Transport

Delivery: we ship within 3–10 business days of your order (excluding weekends and holidays)

Shipping fee: ¥600 flat rate anywhere in Japan (tax incl.)

Shipping is free for orders of ¥5,000 or more.

 

Cancellations

 

As a rule, orders cannot be cancelled after they have shipped.

For cancellations before shipping, please contact us through the contact form.

  

Returns and exchanges

Only if an item is defective or damaged, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and we will exchange it for a new one.

Return shipping for defective or damaged items is paid by us.
